Cancellations requested after work has commenced may be subject to fees proportionate to the services provided up to the time of cancellation. 10. Dispute Resolution


In the event of a dispute arising out of these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation administered by a neutral third party. Should mediation fail, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Province of British Columbia. All arbitration proceedings shall take place in British Columbia and be conducted in English.


11. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baran Golden Limited’s liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user in the six months preceding the claim. Under no circumstances shall Baran Golden Limited be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.


12. Indemnification


You agree to indemnify and hold Baran Golden Limited, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services. This indemnity obligation extends to any legal costs incurred by Baran Golden Limited in defending against such claims.


13. Termination of Access
